However, it’s important to note that for municipal composting, it’s essential to check for the availability and acceptance of facilities, as they may be limited in your area. For home composting, it’s advised not to compost wipes used to clean non-compostable items like human/animal waste or mixed with cleaning soaps/sprays, and wipes shouldn't make up more than 10% of your compost heap.
